創(chuàng)建于1997年8月，現已逐步發(fā)展成集汽車缸套活塞、水力開發(fā)、發(fā)電、冶金、機械制造等綜合性企業(yè)集團。
匯華集團以水力開發(fā)、發(fā)電為主,充分利用電力資源優(yōu)勢，優(yōu)化合理配置項目投資。到目前為止，有已發(fā)電裝機13.5萬千瓦的小水電、在建水電裝機2.0萬千瓦，一座35千伏20000千伏安容量的變電所、1.25萬千伏安容量的冶煉爐6臺，年產工業(yè)硅3萬噸、年產200萬只汽車缸套的生產線、機械鑄造等項目。主要產品：電力、金屬硅、汽車缸套、機械鑄件等。集團總資產12.6億元。2001年以來 ，已連續(xù)多年榮獲市、區(qū)授予的“納稅大戶”和“十佳民營企業(yè)”的光榮稱號 。
并首開三明市先河，民營企業(yè)創(chuàng)辦“三明市匯華工業(yè)園”,現匯華工業(yè)園規(guī)劃用地總面積1840畝，已入駐企業(yè)20家,并初步建成以福建匯華集團有限公司為龍頭,以水電、冶煉、機械鑄造等為支柱的民營企業(yè)。
Founded in August 1997, it has gradually developed into a comprehensive enterprise group integrating automobile cylinder liner and piston, hydraulic development, power generation, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and so on.
Huihua group focuses on hydropower development and power generation, makes full use of the advantages of power resources and optimizes and reasonably allocates project investment. So far, there are 135000 kW of small hydropower, 20000 kW of hydropower under construction, a 35 kV 20000 KVA substation, 6 12500 KVA smelting furnaces, production lines and mechanical casting projects with an annual output of 30000 tons of industrial silicon and 2 million automobile cylinder liners. Main products: electric power, metal silicon, automobile cylinder liner, mechanical casting, etc. The total assets of the group are 1.26 billion yuan. Since 2001, it has won the honorary titles of "large taxpayer" and "top ten private enterprises" granted by the city and district for many consecutive years.
It is the first private enterprise in Sanming City to establish "Sanming Huihua Industrial Park". The planned land area of Huihua Industrial Park is 1840 mu, and 20 enterprises have settled in. It has preliminarily built a private enterprise led by Fujian Huihua Group Co., Ltd. and supported by hydropower, smelting and mechanical casting.

Louping Hydropower Station
樓坪水電站系福建匯華集團有限公司建設的第一座電站，為薯沙溪流域梯級開發(fā)的第一級水電站，于1997年12月開工，1999 年10月建成投產。

Longquan Hydropower Station
龍泉水電站系福建匯華集團有限公司建設的第二座電站，為薯沙溪流域梯級開發(fā)的第二級水電站，于1999年12月開工，2001年2月建成投產。
Longquan Hydropower Station is the second hydropower station constructed by Fujian Huihua Group Co., Ltd. It is a cascade development of the second level hydropower station in the Shushaxi River Basin. It started construction in December 1999 and was completed and put into operation in February 2001.

薯沙溪水電站系福建匯華集團有限公司建設的第三座水電站，為薯沙溪流域梯級開發(fā)的第三級水電站

Huihua Substation
匯華變電所系福建匯華集團有限公司開發(fā)薯沙溪流域梯級電站建設的變電站，1999年7月建成投產，占地面積 6000 多m2，總投資700多萬元。
Huihua Electrical substation is a substation developed by Fujian Huihua Group Co., Ltd. for the construction of cascade power stations in the Shushaxi River Basin. It was completed and put into operation in July 1999, covering an area of more than 6000 m2, with a total investment of more than 7 million yuan.
天際水電站系福建匯華集團有限公司建設的第四座電站，天際水電站大壩位于明溪縣夏陽鄉(xiāng)地美村，廠房位于沙縣富口鎮(zhèn)的百丈際

Ma'anshan Hydropower Station
馬鞍山水電站系福建匯華集團有限公司在云南鎮(zhèn)康開發(fā)建設的梯級水電站第一級，于2004年9月開工，2006年10月試運行。
Ma'anshan Hydropower Station is the first stage of a cascade hydropower station developed and constructed by Fujian Huihua Group Co., Ltd. in Zhenkang, Yunnan. It started construction in September 2004 and underwent trial operation in October 2006.

公司繼馬鞍山電站并網發(fā)電后，積極投入鳳尾河水電站的開發(fā)，該電站是南捧河流域開發(fā)的第二級。
